Refund & Return Policy
We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience with us. If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
A return or replacement is accepted only if:
• You received the wrong product
• The product arrived damaged or defective
• Items are missing from the package
To process a return, you must provide:
• Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
• Order ID and purchase details
• Photos of the damaged/wrong item
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Customised items
• Personalised gifts
• 3D-printed products made specifically for your order
• Products used, damaged by the customer, or without original packaging
3. Return Window
You must raise a return or replacement request within:
48 hours of delivery
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your return request with required proof, we will:
- Review your claim
- Approve or reject based on eligibility
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refund will be issued through:
• Original payment method
or
• Store credit (based on your preference)
5. Replacement Policy
If the product is eligible, we will send a replacement for:
• Damaged items
• Wrong items delivered
• Missing components
Replacements depend on stock availability.
6. Order Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Customised / 3D-printed items cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
• If cancellation is approved, refund will be processed in 3–5 working days.
7. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item):
• Return shipping cost is covered by us.
If the return is due to customer mistake (wrong address, refusal to accept, etc.):
• Shipping charges may be deducted.
8. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
You can request a replacement only for eligible products.
