Customised and 3D-printed products may require additional processing time, which will be mentioned on the product page.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time depends on your location:
• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other locations: 5–8 business days
Delivery times may vary due to courier service availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
Free shipping may be available on selected products or during promotional offers.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can track your order using the courier partner’s tracking link.
6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect delivery address, or unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery.
In case of repeated failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.
7. Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged package:
• Do not accept the delivery, if possible
• Record a clear unboxing video
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing the order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
