6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• Missing items in the package

Customised or 3D-printed products are non-returnable unless damaged/defective.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after product verification.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed. Customised/3D-printed items cannot be cancelled after order confirmation.
